No. Office Church charges no platform fee. Your church connects its own Stripe account and pays only Stripe's processing. A 501(c)(3) church can request Stripe's 2.2% nonprofit rate.
Can we import our existing member list?
Yes. There's an Excel importer with a downloadable template, automatic column detection and cleanup of things like marital status and dates. Most churches are loaded within minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from inside the app, without calling anyone. There's no contract and no minimum term.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. You can export everything to Excel or PDF whenever you want.
